Humanity Direct Tring Ultra

XNRG Tring 27KM Race

The Tring Ultra is back in September 2023 with two distance options - the full 50km ultra and this, a shorter 27km (17 mile) route.

Both offer a fabulous day of running or walking in the spectacular Chiltern Hills.

These events raise vital funds for children in Uganda, financing a spectacles programme and also life-changing operations such as cataract removal and hernia surgery which they would otherwise have no chance of being able to afford.

Your entry fee is effectively a donation to Humanity Direct who run the programme in-country but you also have the option to run for free and instead commit to raising at least the equivalent of the entry free instead.
